The location was very central. It was only a short walk to the main attractions.

The rooms looked dated and needed a serious refurbishment. Old windows provided no sound isolation. I could hear all the noise from the main street early in the morning!

the staff was friendly. my room included a safe for my passport and other valuables. i found this feature to be useful. the location was also convenient.

The wifi signal in my room was poor. the shower was also not great. it was over a corner bath, and much of the water fell on the floor. i didn't like having to go down steps into the bathroom. They were slippy.

The breakfast offered plenty of choices and the dining room had a lot of space. The hotel's location is convenient to markets and restaurants. It is also close to the railway station.

The WiFi signal was weak in my room.

the double room had a really nice, large bed (it was very comfortable). i found the location excellent. there was a market just across the road on saturdays. the staff stored my suitcase before check-in (i appreciated that).

though there was a kettle, i found no tea or coffee provided when i arrived.
